Labor Rates
Our normal service area is within a 30-mile radius of Brockton MA. Service outside the normal service area is billed at an additional travel charge of 1/4 hour labor for each additional 10 miles of travel. You may ship your printer to us and we will repair it in our own repair shop at our normal in shop carry-in rates plus shipping and handling.

$98.00/hr for on-site service calls Black and White or Color Minolta Laser Printers. One hour minimum and two hour maximum. This means that if we cannot repair your printer in two hours it is our problem, not yours. You will never pay more than 2 hours of labor for any printer repair. Parts needed to repair your Minolta printer are extra. This two hour maximum labor rule does not apply for printers that have been damaged or abused.

Carry-in services $59.00/hr Black and White or Color Minolta Laser Printers. One hour minimum and two hour maximum. The same two-hour maximum rule applies.

Carry-in inkjet printer repair or cleaning is a flat rate of $49.00 plus parts.

All repairs are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of repair.
